This cake is AMAZING! Chocolate Mouse layered between double chocolate cake and then covered in ganache. Oh, then covered with mini chocolate chips around the side...why not?!

Celebrating a friends Birthday at a Japanese Steak House, made some sweet tasting sushi just for the occasion. They were a hit!

These were some neat little Beach themed pudding and jello cups for my sons end of the school year party. The blue jello had sharks "swimming" in there!
